    • The wagyu scotch steak has a marbling of 4-5 and is best prepared seared on both sides in a flat pan or flat grill. Cook to medium before serving
    • Wagyu cattle produce unsaturated fats to a much greater degree than any other beef breed in the world, giving the meat its unique flavour and tenderness
    • The lamb racks are best pan seared, then oven roasted (each rack makes up to 8 individual lamb cutlets when portioned)
