- The lamb racks are best pan seared, then oven roasted (each rack makes up to 8 individual lamb cutlets when portioned)

- Products will be left in the safest place deemed by the delivery driver unless specific instructions are provided at checkout
- A flat rate $30 re-delivery fee may be payable if delivery can’t be completed due to a customer providing incorrect delivery instructions or incomplete delivery details (within the specified post code ranges)
